We are thrilled to share that construction on phase 1 of The Highlands amenity complex – Discovery Cove – will begin this summer! Situated on a cove of our largest lake, the first phase of Discovery Cove will include amazing features such as a waterpark, resort-style pool, lazy river, pickleball courts, and much more. Our amenity complex will be a magnet for daily gatherings, planned and spontaneous. Social spaces, and cozy seating areas, to bring neighbors together as friends!
