Additional GHBA Awards Recognize The Highlands’ Unique Community Spirit

The GHBA awarded us Event of the Year for our “Party in the Preserve” event, where we celebrated the grand opening of our 200-acre nature preserve. What better way to take advantage of our natural surroundings and celebrate the vibrant community life that we all share?
GHBA also recognized our award-winning “All Trails Lead Home Tour” billboard campaign. This is an annual event where we like to give back to our community. During the tour, The Highlands donates money for every home we sell to one of two local charities—this year it was the Montgomery County Food Bank and the Montgomery County chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, giving beds to children and families in need.
